Shin Megami TEnsei- Devil Survivor, Devil Survivor 2, and Strange Jouney

I have heard GREAT things, (hello, Nem, btw..) but those turn-based really arent my thing, man...
I have loved a few of them over the years, though..

Games that I ADORE: Metroidvanias, Tomb Raiders, Resident Evils, Mario 64, Zelda 64, Baldurs Gate for PS1, Marios, Zeldas, Tyson's Punch-Out, Contras, etc..etc..

Games that I am not a fan of, but could be swayed for the right titles: JRPGs, Pokes, fishing, sports, racing, 'real life' crime dramas, puzzlers, GTAs, and simulations.

All suggestions appreciated.

I love a challenge. Those Megami games follow a 'futuristic'/sci-fi storyline, right? I mean to say, they arent sword & sorcery/high fantasy, eh? Might give one a try...need the BEST one..

btw....I agree with whats-his-face from the other day...you should change back to the 'Nemesis' persona...your current avatar reminds me of a random anime weirdo, heh..

Whats the first one I should go for? I saw something about an 'overclocked devil' in a Nintendo Power mag...great artwork....some kind of pig/centaur...

'Free' memory card, always good. Those PS2 and GC cards are worth their weight in silver...I always keep dozens of each...

Devil survivor overclocked is a remake of it for 3DS, doens't matter which one you get.

Just read about a mass shooting at a screening for The Dark Knight... Terrible. I'm sure that the media/religious groups will be leaping at this....saying that the Jeff Loeb/Tim Sale/Frank Miller version of Batman is to blame...the dark/gritty world, the seedy underbelly, sadistic villians, etc...yep....they will blame the Bats franchise...

Yeah, kinda like Tactics Ogre.
Enh, somewhat, the battle systems turned based, and buff/debuffs are extremely important, as is hitting the enemy's weakness.
