    This thread can't die.

I'm not sure if I should try buying booster boxes to make money, Wizards needs to print a super set.

Not a very effective way to make money, unless you can get them super cheap an flip them for normal retail. Expecting to pull chase cards out of packs is a slippery slope.

There was a day in my time, where I would have gladly done that, but that was long ago.

I'd definitely need to find the dumber members of the herd before I plunked down $90 on a box.

Please don't post here if it isn't relevant, I don't want this thread going to way of the fighters thread .

Spiders, if you've got any tips on buying to sell... Please, impart some of your wisdom .

I really don't, everything that I've sold I've collected over my many years of playing the game. It's much easier to sell when you have everything.

As far as making a short run profit, you're on your own. You'd probably have to actually play the game to measure what's going to be good when it drops, watch the various metas, keep up with the newest super-secret tech card so you can buy it low and sell it high. Good luck.

"easier to sell when you have everything"

i have a great deal (nearly 2k) of 90s+ Poke'Mon cards, so i can see where you're coming from like that. i don't have the entire lineup, that's nearly impossible, but i do have a good deal of cards and i know a great deal about them. unfortunately none of my badass rares and specials are worth a crap against the new ones. i found a deck with cards over 1k HP for Black and White!
