I heard about some Shaders but i really dont know how to use that. Also my resolution is 1920x1080 (1080p), can you help me with the perfect configuration of the ePSXe 1.7? Thanks in advance man

Plugins you say?
I would recommend Pete's D3D Driver 1.77 for 3D games (such as the 3D final fantasy games), and P.E.Op.S Soft Driver for 2D games (such as the ps1 megaman x games, legend of mana etc).
For Pete's D3D Driver 1.77 these settings should look the best;

For P.E.Op.S Soft Driver these should look the best (can also adjust the "dithering" setting, shouldn't make a huge difference tho);

Also, from my understanding Pete's OpenGL2 driver plugins look the best and are designed to take advantage of higher end systems (such as yours), however you're on your own configuring it; my PC is just a tad less powerful (1.6ghz single core cpu, 512mb ram, etc) so I haven't had the privilege of trying it out with any success.
If your ePSXe download doesn't come with the aforementioned plugins, here's some links for you;

One can't help but be reminded of such bands as Pearl Jam, White Zombie, Suicidal Tendencies and other bands that bear the mantle of so called "Alternative Rock". One is even reminded of Lorie Anderson when she wore curlers. Hehehmhm! This video speaks less to the heart and more to the sphincter. In closing, I think Korn would do well to learn more from -"
