Someone may try to make a deck. The dream would be having a suspended rift bolt and cast it. Some weird Legacy deck with Dream Halls perhaps? That seems like it would be too slow though. I'll jam it into some EDH decks for the lulz. It will feel right at home in my Jhoira deck where I suspend all the cards.
