Dolphin shouldn't have any problem reading an iso or gcm file unless that file is bad, or the game doesn't emulate properly. But Toadstool tour should work, although it might be glitchy.Just Open, then select the ISO or GCM. Also, what do you mean by 'dolphin doesn't recognize it'?So first you get one rar from the download. That has a bunch of .001 .002, etc file right? extract just the .001 file, it'll automatically connect the others in the same folder. after that you should have the iso or gcm you need.
