SSX and Soul Calibur V are $10 at Best Buy after coupons. Here is some copypasta that explains.

SSX is on sale for $39.99... after using the $30 off coupon in their Gamer magazine it is discounted to $10. Soul Calibur V is on sale for $29.99.... it is discounted to $10 after using the $20 coupon. Even if you are not a subscriber, you can purchase the magazine at the store for like $5 and use the coupons.

So this is legit as hell. Did it today. Got Resistance 3 for $10 as well.
