PS2 remodded but lifted pad

Hi again epforums.org,

I found out that my PS2 needs a 63 fuse for the traverse motor. I am still waiting for the part to arrive... meanwhile I have remodified the PS2, but I managed to tear off a trace that goes to the CD/DVD IC. This might give a more accurate depiction of the location http://sksapps.com/diagrams/ps2/Modbo4/V7V8-usa.jpg the location is right between "V" and "U" in the diagram. If this goes to ground could I create a reroute from the little via?

I am guessing that I damaged the board, unless I can recreate a trace to the point. Is the PS2 dual layered or multilayered?
