That's a shame....even by schooling standards.
I couldn't bear knowing so little I just float by, got too many questions that needs to be elevated instead of swept under the rug.
Hell I couldn't just be mediocre either.
Education starts at home, so parents should teach their children......
I know my parents taught me.
"I am... Sheik. One of the last of the Sheikah tribe..."

Both my parents are teachers and both know the value of education. And neither wanted me or my brother to be any less than what we could be. Heck, the doctors told Mom that I would had learning disabilities, that I would be sick all the time, ect. Mom didn't listen to that and guess what? Mentally gifted, good grades, a love of art, interest in ancient mythology from a number of different cultures, and an avid reader. All this while still in Elementary School, and mom had me join extra-curricular activities such as Soccer, School Orchestra, and Cheerleading. Simultaneously, and I still got good grades!
Outstanding.
I was always one to never open my mouth, hell, I didn't speak until I was 4. Was called "special needs".
Until I had proved them all wrong I was speaking, writing and reading fluently in Kindergarten.
Sometimes I think we don't give the budding mind enough credit.
