Got a friend moaning at me because we had plans yesterday, yet I never got a text from her (despite her supposedly sending me one) and I didn't bother her - because she's normally busy and doesn't reply anyway.

Now I'm the one in the wrong here? She's been having a right go at me.

Have you explained this to her in a calm and polite manner?
If she can't understand your pov, then maybe it's just the wrong time of the month.......or if she's always unreasonable: why bother at all

Mine's only like an inch long at the most but it's starting to go curly and I don't want to have to straighten that shit again. Plus it's looks daft with the receding hairline.

My parents never told me to cut my hair.....they may have asked a few times, but it wasn't a big deal.
The secondary school I went to was private, so there was a "to the collar" hair length code
And no job I've ever had enforced hair length.......just wore hair (and beard) nets if I had to
