Hello. I'm not very good with intros, so bear with me. I've been stalking a couple Rom-related places (Coolrom, Emuparadise, and RomHacking) for years, but recently I've been having trouble tracking down some games. In a rather maddening search for a "Nanashi No Game" rom, I found dead links, false leads, and eventually EP again. Why I didn't think to check there before the search I don't know... I was considering "GameHunter" or "GameStalker" and variations thereof for a username here, but they were taken and I find it tasteless to use a username that is a perversion of someone else's. So I came up with this one.

I'm an avid reader and life-long gamer, as hinted by my username. Foe of both Melkor and Dracula, a vala so awesome that he breached fictions! I'm a fan of many series including Zelda, .hack//, and Kingdom Hearts. I'm currently replaying the entirety of Professor Layton, Battle Network, as well as blasting through Skylanders. Yes, Skylanders. I blame my friend as he got me the 3DS starter pack for my birthday.

I am in search for good romhacks of various GBA/DS games. I've found a couple sources (most notably Romhacking and PokéCommunity) but I've encountered very few (if any) hacks of non-Pokémon GBA games. What few DS hacks I've found were either Pokémon or the three from Romhacking.

    So... erm... hello.

HI Fist of Tulkas. Welcome to EP. I had the problem as you, I couldn't find the games I wanted. I found them here though.

Well, hey there everyone. I suppose it's high time I introduced myself.

I made this account a long while back (editor's note: over a year ago, according to my achievements. Time flies, huh?), when I started perusing ROMs and ISOs and such for personal amusement (and to research games I just didn't have the money to buy at the time; huge games industry nerd), but I never got around to looking at the forums. That all changed when I noticed one little thing: Triple Triad.

Yes, that silly little card game the forum has as little more than a distraction. I loved it to death in Final Fantasy VIII, even if I was also scared out of ever playing it for fear of losing my hard-earned cards. Heck, I only ever played based on a guide to find the exact cards I needed to help take down Ultima and Omega weapon (not that I needed them; I managed the two of them without ever using any kind of invincibility (except once, on accident. Can't choose what Angelo does, after all! (wow, look at all these parentheses!))).

But I digress. Le pont est, I noticed the forum as kind of a small distraction after beginning to play Triple Triad, and just sort of dove in head-first. So if I'm going to be a member of the forum itself, might as well have an introduction, right?

    ...

You know, I just realized: this entire thing, and I haven't said a darn thing about myself. Well, let's see if I can summarize this: I'm a huge Rpg gamer, my first game ever played (and owned!) was Final Fantasy VII for the PSX, I love playing games of all types to broaden my horizons, which leads into the fact that game design is a huge interest for me as well; understanding it, reading about it, learning from experience, and conversing with others about it.

Oh, I also really like Triple Triad. I wanted to make sure I got that across.

Anyway, it's nice to be here, and especially nice to finally be partaking in the forums. Hello, everyone!

Hi Sword of Time, I'm guessing from your name you like Zelda?

    Indeed I do.
Love the series, even with it's flaws.

I really like Zelda, Probably one of my favorite series aside from the Mario RPG series.

I don't like Mass Effect, despite my name. I like the memes it spawned
