Resident Evil 3 not working on ePSXe

ePSXe 1.7.0
Video Pluginete's D3D 1.77
Sound Plugin:Eternal SPU Plugin 1.41
CD Rom:ePSXe CDR WNT/W2K Core 1.70

I've tried the english and spanish version download from here but they both freezed at the "This Game Contains Explicit Violence And Gore" I can't get it to run at all. I'm sorry if this has been mentioned many times before but I searched for a fix but couldn't find one. So if someone could help me it would be greatly appreciated

The game in pal versions is protected so you need to use the sbi files http://redump.org/disc/1387/ is for the spanish one in the P.E.Op.S. CDR Version 1.4 and if you don't know how to use you can check check the epsxe guide in my page http://psxdatacenter.emuparadise.me/ and see how to configure the plugin

I run Resident Evil 3 on pSX 13.
pSX is a good alternative for some games that's not run on ePSXe and you can use it while the problem persists.

Resident evil games on ePSXe work best if you mount the ISO in Daemon Tools(or other virtual CD app). Then in ePSXe file menu, select run cdrom.

You may have to configure your cdrom plugin to look for the virtual drive.
