@Iamerror Depends on what's planned. We could be going for a 3 mile run, sometimes we do an hour of calisthenics ranging from normal stuff to the absurd stuff.
Sometime we do both.
Then we come back and do it again.

Though you guys have to run 3 miles, we only have to run 2, that being said it looks like you get an absurd amount of time to actually do it. And pull ups aren't timed? That's kind of weird too.
