Many consider it to be the best in the series. From time to time, I'm inclined to agree, despite it not being my favorite.

Since it was an SNES game, it was one of the last challenging FF games to be made, and even it wasn't exactly Ninja Gaiden or anything. It just that all of the subsequent games were so piss easy that if you've played FFVII through FFXII and went backward to FFVI, you could see the difference in difficulty in the higher levels.

My favorite is probably a tie between FFII, FFVIII, and FFX.

I love FFII & FFVIII. My only problem with ten was that I didn't like Tidus, he was annoying. I will try FFVI. I'm trying to get a PS emulator to play FFIX, but if Six is for the snes, I can play it now. Thanks.
