    Oh I know the exchange rate. I don't know the values of PAL games except for Dreamcast.

    ahh right, sos my bad. I'm guessing that the only one out of that lot that is the rarest (i.e. I've never seen it in thrift stores or anywhere else I normally see snes games) is Mystic Quest. Second Hand Snes' I've seen go for between £20-30 with basic controller and leads. I haven't done any ebaying to compare prices in case I feel guilty that I am indeed fleecing him.
