By holding the controller in a weird way to make it easier to pull off throws, mainly. :'D That and just being horribly out of practice at fighting games.

I just hit [] (or O) and X with my thumb. Or slide my index finger down from R1 to hit X + /\. Have never had problems with any wrist strain. But I'm probably a mutant. Probably.

I just hit [] (or O) and X with my thumb. Or slide my index finger down from R1 to hit X + /\. Have never had problems with any wrist strain. But I'm probably a mutant. Probably.

I can do the Square + X one with my thumb, but not as reliably as I can with two fingers, and it's not quite as damaging as the X + triangle one. Plus we were playing the stupid Edge Master mode where you had to throw someone to win. And we kept losing. Not fun. :'D

Soulblade. My cousin and I played it tons growing up, and when he came by today we ended up dragging it out again. :'D

I don't know that one... like a lot of fighting games.
The only ones I can say I really played were Smash Bros 64 and Guilty Gear, all in the PC and with ma' brother. :3

Hee, that's a really common problem to begin with, I think. I had the same issue when I used to play keyboard back in high school. It's easily sorted with practice, though~!

I seem to recall being able to set up macros on the shoulder buttons to make that easier as well. But it's been ages since I played SE.
