You'd be higher up if you didn't sell like a bajillion 360s and therefore become something of a joke.

Gare is only lower because he has no official power. If we're going unofficial or compensating for full on political sway, he's a lot higher. Not quite as high as Elmdor, who is completely off the scale though.
