Final Fantasy X (second time buying this, IT BETTER COME WITH A GODDAMNED MANUAL THIS TIME)
Zone of the Enders: The 2nd Runner ($15)

PSP:

Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 3 Portable (new, already own Persona 3 FES, but ATLUS DESERVES MY MONEY) ($20 new)

Not a bad haul for 200 USD, especially considering both PE2 and ZoE: 2nd Runner are both supposed to be complete.

PE2 and ZOE2 are down from where they were. I remember when ZOE2 used to be insane.

About $100 in value there. Well before shipping on Amazon anyway (Amazon usually being high because of the fees) you could get those in those conditions for $100. Amazon prices in red. Didn't bother with FFX because you can get that anywhere for $5.

Where'd you get them and what prices did you pay if you don't mind telling. I've always been interested in stuff like this. I know used markets are different in different areas.

I'm using Amazon, and I look around to ensure that I get them complete and in good condition.

Yeah, you can always be a dick on Amazon as a buyer though. Technically the text the seller puts in means nothing. If an item is incomplete according to the listing page you can get your money back so when I buy on Amazon I will go for the cheapest listing that could be complete (like listings that don't denote condition at all). The worst that can happen is getting your money back. Amazon will usually pay for the return shipping as well.

I could probably do with another copy of ZOE2 myself. I bought it locally when it was more valuable for around $18 but the manual has a rental sticker on it that would damage the manual if I took it off.

I'll be getting the HD compilation/remake/whatever you want to call it though.

You're damn right I'll be throwing "GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!" fit if my games aren't complete; I spent extra money and checked seller ratings to ensure that I would get them as listed, and I'll BE DAMNED if I get ripped off because the game doesn't have the case, original art, manual and everything else that came with them.

Since I lack a PS3/360 (and a Wii) the HD collection isn't an option... not that it would be even if I had a console to play it. Given what happened with Silent Hill, I wouldn't trust Konami and HD collections as far as I could throw a car.

You really don't even have to throw a fit. A friend of my brother ordered a DS (I think it was a DSiXL (I know, I lol'd too)) and it didn't arrive for awhile so he made a case and got his money back and the same day he got the money back it arrived. In the case of independent sellers Amazon will pretty much side with the buyer 100%. I don't sell there or even e-bay anymore because of all the dishonest buyers out there (even with signature confirmation you can and often will lose a case).

For what you paid I'd expect near mint for sure. And damn right you should want things complete. I'm a stickler for it myself. I have a friend that will brag about deals he gets and such and I'm like I bet it was disc only again and when he says yes I say it doesn't count.

I haven't played any of the Silent Hill games so I can't really comment about that.

It's not the Silent Hill games themselves, it's the HD collection that was garbage. It was this half finished mess with a bunch of missing textures that announced to the world that it was simply a no effort cash grab to screw over the fans and potential fans.
