I'm the opposite, actually. If I sleep for more than about seven hours, I wake up with a splitting headache and feel ill all day. :'D I definitely need my six or seven hours, though. Long gone are the days when I'd survive on three hours sleep a night for long stretches.

Amazed that this Chelsea team have won the tournament being that it's arguably the weakest Chelsea team since Mou came in with likely the least experienced manager at the helm, and given that both Barca and Bayern outplayed them, but Mou's old boys probably deserve a CL for their long years of service if not particularly for this campaign. Fair play to them~
