How someone can dislike something in a series for being similar to past games? It makes little sense.

I see, neonazi parties were right
I haven't even started Brotherhood and I'm trying to get me an Ottoman Edition.
How silly is the AI, worse than in RE5?
I'm enjoying it, trying to get everything in one run.
Weird people they are, I heard the adore little rodents :O
Laters, Link!
Jesus, guy. Constantinople.
Too true.
I think they'd have to remove it. Also, the whole Borgia Towers of Influence bullshit they've had going on. GET RID OF IT. The Redcoats didn't build towers back then. Ask Sprung, he can confirm since he was a young adult back then.
It might be kinda fun to play multiplayer, single was a bust.
Pfft, everyone knows they were just brainwashed by the Apple.
As were pretty much everyone else, seeing as the templars were both sides of the war and were using it as a means to exert stronger global control and provide a decent cover for "new" technology the Nazis dug up on those greek isles and parts of North Africa. But then someone had to go and ruin Churchill's plans which threw a pretty big monkey wrench into things. But all's well that ends well, because whoever the Assassin was that snuck into germany, he was clearly hardcore as fuck.
....
Fucking AC ruined history for me.![]()
Advice: Max hacking occupy ASAP and possibly grab the wall punch unless you don't care about stealth outside the required missions for FotH. If you're leaving the yellow glow on, it'll be easy to spot the breakable walls and proceed to shoot them/lob grenades until they come down. Those upgrades pay for themselves before you're even out of the first hub area (one praxis kit for each in the first hub, another one for each in the second, on top of the EXP for hacking everything). Reflex booster is also an extremely good idea because they start throwing groups at you relatively early on. After that you might want to invest in the stealth cloak and *ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY* at least one level of Typhoon. Just a word of caution: Wall takedowns count as lethal.I'm enjoying it, trying to get everything in one run.

The batteries aren't really that important. Recharge rate might be cool, but you can get by pretty easily on 2-3 batteries until a good ways into the game. At that point it's largely to keep your cloak and silent running up so you can run through the levels without anyone noticing you're there. At least, not until you punch their shit in.![]()
Once you hit the second city, make sure to buy the Icarus Landing System with the Praxis kits you can buy. You'll need it for an eBook and a couple REALLY AWESOME shortcuts.
Don't bother with the respirator. It's pretty much completely useless. There's like 1-2 areas where you might want it and there's much better options both times.
AC ruins history.
Well it said it was "based off true events, people and situations."
I mean it cannot get much worse..............can it?
"I am... Sheik. One of the last of the Sheikah tribe..."
I hear it's Istanbul now. Not Constantinople.
They can always half ass it. Maybe you have to take down Union Jacks and throw up The Stars and Stripes. Flagpole hunting for fun and profit. But that'd be incredibly historically inaccurate too, since many still thought of themselves as being British and the GUF was still fairly prominent until the war was pretty much over. Whoops.I think they'd have to remove it. Also, the whole Borgia Towers of Influence bullshit they've had going on. GET RID OF IT. The Redcoats didn't build towers back then. Don't answer my question......I see it can.

It gets a lot of the concepts and settings right. The plots concerning Altair and Ezio were largely accurate. Except Borgia was an asshole til the end in actual history. But I guess they didn't feel like pointing out that not killing the bad guy can be REALLY BAD and how attempts to be the good guy are exactly the sort of shit that'd come back to bite you in the ass in the real world. So they just decided to make his equally historically terrible son into the bad guy for the sequel.
In summary, they get about as much horribly wrong as they get right. Although kudos for spoiling the big plot twist of AC3 in their earlier games. That's not something you see every day.![]()
