Yeah this upgrade from 10Mbps to 30Mbps was free as well. I just had to pay a one off payment of £20 for the new router/modem/for it to be delivered.

I am OK with my new speed.

Nice. Mine's a "promotional offer" thing. I was paying $120/month for TV, 7.5Mbps Internet and a home phone with a very basic long distance package. Then I cancelled the TV and knocked it down to around $65/month. Then they called me with their whole "we can upgrade you to basic TV, your same home phone package, and 50Mbps Internet for only $55/month for the first year!"

So I got TV back and faster Internet until October. Then it'll become a question of "should I cancel my TV again" or not, since Dallas likes watching cartoons and Netflix can be annoying to find shows that he likes.

Just did a speed test and pulled 32.42Mbps.
