Oh neither do I, for once there are only a few characters who are complete trash in KoFXIII, however neither of those characters are Benimaru and K'.

For the most part you can get away with using who ever you fancy.

That's the best thing about KoF. The tiers are really fucking compressed. The difference between top and bottom is a matter of options and skill. I can pick K'/Kasumi/Nameless or Mr.Karate/Benimaru/K' in KoFXIII and still get handled by a fucking Leona/Mai/Vice team.

KoF isn't Street Fighter, where top tier means easy to make wins happen.
