    I'm attempting to find simple recipes that I can cook in large batches ahead of time and freeze.

    So far I've got pulled pork. That's it.

    Various kinds of soup can be made in large quantities, and then frozen in smaller containers.
    Same with stews.

    They don't need to have pork

    Would you get free road tax and "classic insurance" on that, like you would in the UK? It'd probably cost pennies to run that in the UK. Whatever it is.
