Yeah I figured that's why you were doing it that way. Cigarettes eat a hole in your wallet iirc. Budgeting your money is always a good idea though and paying installments on stuff makes it easier. Many people I know just aren't good with budgeting money. :/

I'm fine at budgeting money -- I even factor in the cost of smokes into my monthly expenses -- but when my paycheque can vary by $300 from one payday to the next, it's hard to know whether I can actually afford a game when it comes out or not. If I only have 40 hours of work on my previous cheque, I can't really afford a new game at full price. And I have a strict "no using savings/credit card" when buying games.
