    It's not that hard. Just hook up a CRT and a LCD in mirrored mode on your grafcard and run a stopwatch prog. Take a photo of the screens while they're running. I believe 8ms = 1frame.

    My monitor (ASUS VW224U) is known for being =< 1 frame of input lag. Sometimes it is just a tiny bit over that 1 frame threshold, but not enough to impact playing fitan vidya.

    The ASUS VH236H is the current tournament standard due to the fact that there is NO noticeable input lag on it. When you push a button, THAT SHIT HAPPENS INSTANTLY.
