Well I'll make sure that TRS's plan of burn everything, build concrete works, So I never have to mow two lawns again.

Since it varies from city to city I'd assume it's mostly minor. Probably a warning first and a 30 day notice and then like a $250 fine for non-compliance or something.

Even over here the local council can ask you to cut your grass. I dunno if there are fines involved
