When someone parries, it's usually to attack, which is why it kinda works.
Setting Hyper Bomb that way requires planning, more than one Elbow Slash in the match, etc.
And it's obscure-ish.
Hyper bomb is difficult to set up, I prefer SA2, has more uses and gives Alex meter to work with, he's a much better character with meter. I really only use SA1 against lower stamina characters, makes them play defensively.
