It makes the USB sound when I plug in the reader, but no drives appear. If I pull out that card, and insert another identical one, it works fine. This card worked fine in my old phone yesterday. All I did was remove it and bring it home...

All I can suggest is for you to clean the contacts, or try another reader.

I actually tried it earlier today, and it did pretty much the same thing the USB reader did. This time, however, I remembered that old phone has to be set to USB mass storage, or Windows won't even know it's there.I was going to suggest something like that
