What about the ePS3e PS3 emulator

I've come across this website ------- and found this so-called almost-completed PS3 emulator, named "ePS3e". Is it a scam or really legit and working? It is really weird if it is a working emulator because I cannot find any info about it except from its official website. It's a pity that I am not in position to test it myself. It'd be great if it's truly working, though.

sounds like another download this virus/trojan/malware/spyware program to me if you can not find any info on it other than the site do not trust it EVER also we have trouble still properly emulating psp or hell for that matter ps2 on all but decently high spec systems what makes you think with our limited technology right now that any computer would be able to properly emulate PS3.

If and when a PS3 emulator comes out I think it is safe to say it will be heard about all over the pirating community and you will hear about it from EP. as well as other pirate websites you may frequent.
