In half an hour, it's all about the double-egg bagel.
Two dry-fried eggs in between a buttered toasted bagel. One is too little food; three is too much. Two eggs in a bagel. Perfect. Only thing that would make it better tasting is bacon though it would defeat the point of a diet. Especially considering that it would be the first thing you've eaten today and would take up around 600 of your allotted 1533 calories.
