Pft, hell no. Dressing up requires much effort and planning. I'll be there for the sights.

Hopefully I'll be able to score myself an awesome hoody as well if there's any on sale.

Pretty much the same as me if I ever went to one. I don't do cosplay, but I would probably grab some merch and just take in the atmosphere.

Indeed I have. I wouldn't have been there if it wasn't for a friend going "hey bro you totally gotta watch this, it's hilarious".

    Still, lulz ensued.

I find those videos too painful to watch. I usually end up giving up about thirty seconds in.

Still, I hear they are quite entertaining.

That aside, I think you should look into Dragon's Dogma. I'm extremely certain you'll enjoy it.

... that actually does sound interesting. Especially after finishing KOA today, I suddenly remembered how much I love those kinds of games. I'll add it to my giant list of games to get.

Then you should watch these... in order.

I just watched the reveal trailer and thought it looked fantastic. I'll check those out in a bit, once I finish a couple more levels of Rayman. Also, demo comes out in April 24.
Are there any good preorder bonuses with it? I just took a quick look and all I saw was a weapon pack.

I believe Gamestop's offering 2000 free Rift Crystals for upgrading and an expanded selection in the first shop you have access to in game.

Hmm. I'll have to think about it. Amazon.ca has a preorder price of $54.99 right now, but only Amazon.com mentions the weapon's pack. Makes me wonder if it's worth saving $5 on the preorder via Amazon or if I should check out EB... apparently my store is going to stop carrying video games sometime this year, so I can't rely on my 10% discount much longer for new releases. That is, when they actually carry the freaking game.

(And yes, I've slowly been starting to preorder more stuff. Just to make it easier to buy new games.)

It's probably an Amazon exclusive deal then. Preorder deals aside, I can't wait to get my hands on it. I've already a few ideas and character archetypes I can call upon when making a pawn.

It definitely looks pretty wicked. I'm surprised I haven't heard anything about it.
    Also, Lollipop Chainsaw in June.
