Get in a few young guys while the old guys are still there and train 'em well before the old guys are gone.
Edmonton is pretty much entirely staffed by youngins right now. Almost no one on the team has any experience, and pretty much everyone from our 2006 playoff run is gone. I think next year we'll place in 9th or 10th place in the West, but I'm not hopeful for much beyond that. We've got some great players, they just need to stop being injured and get a bit more experience behind them.
Also, next year is Khabibulin's last year of his contract. He needs to go, and either bring Dubnyk up as our goaltender or find someone to replace him.
Oh, and get rid of Remney.
