Alright so I got some results back. apparently the doctors took a 2nd look and it's not Perthes disease. Instead it's some syndrome in my kneecap. :/

So at least I'm not in that bad of shape. But still have to do PE...

It's called Patella Syndrome. And my doctor wrote me a note so that whatever we do in PE I can do at my pace. Luckily my doctor is best friends with my PE teacher..
