Maybe it's network problem or configuration problem.
there's many software on google says that they can fix this problem.
But i don't recommend any.
I used Avg internet optimizer, no change in speeds though.

It was bound to happen, that's what happens when you make an ending with no closure at all.

I did it seems the problem is something in the driver setting or something because before i sent it into dell it worked fine.

then run windows update and must install recommended updates. This will update drivers.
Sometimes windows update installs different driver in different hardware.
Download the driver from manufacture's site.
Then uninstall the the microsoft's driver. if they installed their driver.
For example: When i installed windows 7 it installed a microsoft's made driver in my intel's video card.
That was working but wasn't working that fine. Then i uninstalled that then installed the real driver, that improved my gaming performance.
