I'm at episode 6 now, and it just keeps getting more interesting.
And I'm really diggin' the music. I'm a sucker for a show with good music, especially if it's thematically relevant.

I keep avoiding this because I always think about it after I've just finished, but for once I haven't!

Recently watched Milky Holmes season 1. Twas alright.
Also recently watched Sora no Woto. Twas pretty good.

Currently watching Basquash. Damn, those boobs are gigantic. Pretty run-of-the-mill SHOUNEN thus far.

Ran out of Basquash episodes since most of them are on my other computer.

So I watched Katanagatari. I was expecting it to be kinda meh, but I was pleasantly surprised. It was actually really good.

Also wasn't expecting the episodes to be double length. With 12 episodes, I had planned to finish it in one sitting. However, near the 40 minute mark I realized it was still the first episode. But it was interesting enough that I got through 9 and only stopped because the sun was creeping out.

I was going to watch that but got seriously turned off when I read some of recommendations for it on another site (that aren't supposed to contain spoilers). One guy basically wrote "great anime but don't get too attached to the characters". I so hate it when people do that. Might as well just write spoilers in all caps.

When I was watching Chobits I was horrified that they were going to lay some heavy trip on me and do something tragic to the main characters. They made everything so cute, that I was on edge waiting for some catastrophe like it was going to turn into Grave of the Fireflies. Luckily it wasn't that kind of anime.

I have started getting into Burst Angel recently. It seems pretty solid and cool.

A couple of shows I've been following finished airing recently, so I ended up watching the remaining episodes in one sitting.

First off, Guilty Crown. It was... bad. A complete trainwreck of a show. Aside from some cool fight scenes, the occasionally awesome music and chicks in skintight bodysuits, there's not much to see here. The one character that I actually liked ended up surviving in the end, so I guess that's something. Otherwise, fuck this shit.

Persona 4. My only complaint (aside from the sloppy art in certain scenes) is that some of the Social Links were either completely left out or given little to no screen time. It's completely understandable, though, since they had to cover tons of content in only 25 episodes. Other than that, I felt it was a great adaptation. Also, the True Ending will only be released as a separate OVA, in August. FFFFFFUUU- and such.

Another. Pretty much the anime version of The Omen. Great suspense in the first 10 episodes, then it kinda goes nuts in the last 2. Let's just say it enters Final Destination territory and becomes borderline comical. The ending was kind of lukewarm as well. Not entirely satisfied with it. Worth a watch, I suppose, but overall it's kinda forgettable.
