PS3 and 360. If you have a customized Shep, you will probably get an error that his/her face can't be imported.

The issue Cookie is talking about is in relation to uploading saves to the Xbox 360 Cloud Storage feature, then downloading the saves to a new 360.

So, last night from 10:30 until 12:00, I was stuck listening to conversations about Mass Effect amongst the largest group of nerds on Earth. Everyone was talking about their ME experiences, and trading tips on this and that. That would have been fine, except for the crazy uncombed hair and the thickest collection of corrective lenses I have ever seen. There were 3 or 4 normal people there, and we tried to quietly converse over the giggling and general "Oh no, you have to..." discussions. Seriously, guys. Here's a comb and the number to my eye doctor. Even the lone female there looked like an extra from Revenge of the nerds Nice hat, Mrs. Urkel.

At 12:01, the manager said "Ok, let's go", but no one moved. I walked up. The sheep followed.
I'm convinced they were there to buy Lemmings or something...

Yeah, I had a bit of a read about the x360 cloud issue.
I never bothered customising his face, and I don't use cloud
