Not only doe it tke ages to refill, you actually have a health bar aside from the energy shield, which doesn't refill at all. And on legendary, It really doesn't matter anyway. If you get shot, you die.

You have a health bar in the first game. The shield regeneration speed sounds pretty lame.

I played CE recently and my health only went up when I found a medkit. Unless I'm remembering wrong.
