My online experience is limited to Black Ops on the PS3. It would be fun to play some of this stuff on PC if it wouldn't cost me $60 for very infrequent online play .

I've got the first Gears game, never finished it.......just couldn't get into it and I've never really thought about having a look at it again

I'm usually pretty tolerant of shooters of different sorts, even if they're nothing special (MW series and BO) or just plain terrible (Hour of Victory is terrible).

Dead Space is probably an example of a good shooter that I found annoying because of the blocked vision aspect.
Overall I really like it, but it's kind of put me off grabbing the sequel
