    No it's fine. I lost like 2 stone by not eating much at all for a month or so, now I just eat like a machine and nothing seems to go back on. It's pretty cool.

    Me neither. Last time I had some chips I felt awful for the longest time. Really anxious because of all the calories. And my blood sugar went to hell. Diabetes etc etc... >___>

    I hear being set on fire helps.

    So just hope the arsonist gets to you after the rapists but before the murderers.

    Just try not to worry too much about that burning sensation. Could just be burns.

    I guess will lose weight if you are set on fire as some of the water in your body will evaporate. Sounds like we have a new weight-loss method in the works! Take that LCHF!
