Pretty much, I'm fairly certain it will take just a pinch longer than a life time to finish it.

Ugh, I remember boosting/grinding achievements like that. "Back in the day" if you will.

Even with boosting I'd never be able to get the plat. There's one trophy that requires you to complete an arcade ladder on the hardest difficulty without using a single continue.
Oh, and you have to gain mastery of all the characters in the game.
There are 28 of them.The mastering characteristics are:
1. Win 100 matches with a character.
2. Do 100 -alities (Fatality, Stage Fatality, or Babality) with a character.
3. Land 150 X-ray moves with a character.
4. Spill 10,000 pints of blood with a character.
5. Spend 24 hours of play time with a character.
