What game have you recently beaten?

just beaten god of war chains of olympus in psp and before that i've beaten ghost of sparta.... both epic games!!! as for now i'm going to begin ffvii crisis core

Skyward Sword. Excellent game but it's far from flawless. Felt like a step in the right direction though and Ghirahim turned out to be a great villain.

sonic generations (good game for what it is but its quite short honestly, shorter than some of the gen games), and skyrim (like the game overall but as usual the ending was just, so-so imo) better reward for the storyline quests chain in skyrim (a summoning shout) than that dumb armor in oblivion but its like: yay we beat the dragon, heres your reward, then its back to skyrim as if nothing happened with only the guards recognizing the victory as far as i can tell, so it was a so-so ending at best.

its a shame the victory in skyrim only really just left me with a few seconds of joy, then its right back to the other stuff in the game... thats how most games are for me it seems, beating the endgame boss is just like, yay another game beaten... what now?

I finished The Godfather (Xbox) tonight.

Although it has a great storyline, obviously, I really can't recommend this game because of the extremely lopsided firepower the other mob families have. Don't expect to be able to pump one of them full of lead and kill them...they'll survive well into the 2nd clip of your machine gun, while pulling the trigger only once on their pistol to kill you. Suffice it to say, most of the game is spent hiding behind things and taking pot shots until you wear them down.
