My mom will be getting out of the hospital next Wednesday (recovering from pneumonia, needed physical rehab to regain her strength after being bedridden 2 weeks).

So, it might be a little late this year, but I'll finally get what I really want for X-Mas next week.

Yeah, I spoke to her this morning for several hours on the phone. She sounds much better than she did a few days back.
I haven't even been able to visit her since I got sick 2 days after she did, so while she's been in the hospital, I've been fighting a bad cold that I just started to recover from yesterday. I think whatever she caught, she gave to me.
