Default Hi, i need help making an informed decision on buying the emulator chip for the DS

Ok, so im initially planning on buying a R4 (2nd generation) and a kingston 4 gb micro sd card for it. http://realhotstuff.com/r4ds-p-338.html <- the item i plan to get. Do you guys have any tips/advice for me?

I have a couple of questions:
    1. What brand for DS LITE emulators would you recommend and why?
    2. What mico sd cards of what brands will actually run on these ds emulators? (i've heard that kingston generally works and for the R4 i want, i was told it could handle 4 gb)
    3. After i buy the ds emulator chip and the micro sd card, how do i set up the entire thing so that i can start running roms on my ds?

i thank, in advance, anyone who responds to this thread. i am a very inexperienced user of the r4 and etc, however i've been wanting one ever since it was first released. i think nintendo stopped releasing new ds games so i wish to store up all the games i can for a long time.

^^^^^^ Here is the R4 i am referring to: http://realhotstuff.com/r4ds-p-338.html

Can this R4 handle 4gb or is it only 1 gb and 2 gb micro sds?

Extra questiong (if you can answer it): What brands of micro sd cards can it run? Is kingston the only brand that will work?

No mention of MicroSDHC, so no. MicroSD only. And any brand will work?

ok, can you be more specific? Are microSD cards of 4gb and higher considered MicroSDHC?

Please, jerrywheeler, stick to just one thread for all your R4 related questions since they all are related.
