It's over 400 issues, so you can find it on Mangafox. Some of the issues are either ugly, or poorly translated or typeset, but it looks like the issues after around 320 are pretty decent.

It's a martial arts manga that actually uses real stuff. Real martial arts, real guns, real choppers, but fake everything else.

HnK manga will always be inferior to HnK anime. If for the sound effects alone.
Read the first two volumes of the manga. It consistently picks up without DBZ syndrome, but it's really good after the first volume.
