I don't really do the managing part of it. My job is more 'fixing broken things'
...which is pretty much everything from fixing drippy faucets to installing new air conditioners.

Yeah that's what my friend did. Minor plumbing work, repair the AC/heat and shit when it would mess up because the units were old. That's what I meant by manage lol. I think a minor level of setting up events as well. It's been a few years.
