I just stick in a micro sd?
Not really sure, man. We have AceKards, they seem to be fine for us....

Those SDs, though, yes; just pop one in.

I use an M3Real. It's very simple to use with the regular firmware, though Sakura is better.

Yeah, I've got the mircosd R4 and it just works like that. You have to put the games in a folder and you can then run it directly.

It was a cast off anyhow so I think its time to start getting parts for a new PC.
Going to build something powerful, or midrange? You can put together something pretty nice for under $1000.

Engle, yep, I figured as much. I know that there are several of these, but not sure what the 'real' difference is between 'em, if any...

Take it however you please. Some cards have better hardware, IE. play GBA from slot one.

"Take it however you please", eh? Thats what my ex-girlfriend said to me on our first date.

Yeah, have heard of that before, about Slot 1. These devices are cheap enough, I probably ought to buy one of each at some point, to test them against each other.

I heard of something called 'CycloDS' a little while back, I'm assuming its one of these cards...

Stark, go nuts, its only money!

If you're going ATI, make sure you avoid 7K cards if they are out by the time you buy. A late series 6K card will last you quite a while.

I'll be sure to remember that. Probably will buy a case, HD drive (2tb if I can afford it) 650 power supply (should be enough I reckon) and a DVD re writer, then come on here asking for suggestions

I'd better scoot off, need to get some stuff done before I head to bed gotta get up at 2am

    Catch you later

I can't remember the URL anyway . An R4 is decent enough for playing games, you should go ahead and get her one.

It's always better to buy a late card in the previous series .
