So much computer lab work in my new class. I really enjoyed it, but it also gave me a stark look at reality. I found myself realizing how much I have indulged in my own psychologically inbred, mentally masturbatory philosophy for over ten years when I should have been learning this stuff!

Edit: For some reason, it also made me realize that my kitchen floor could crack open and throw me into a lava pit.

Several were mummified bubble-mailers, and a couple were roughly the size of shoe boxes...

The USPS, as well as postal greed in general, really make it hard at times to conduct International commerce...
Sent my buddy in Spain a few comic books and some American candies....cost me nearly $30 for frigs sake!! I understand there are logistics; fuel/transport costs and whatnot, but these prices are god damned disgusting and shameful, if you ask me...

It actually scares me to send packages. Cause it almost costs more than the content I'm sending.

    ^ Exactly....#$%^&*@#$ !!

I mean, shit, I'd LOVE to do more BULK dealings with my buddies abroad, but the bleedin SHIPPING hits me more than the product ITSELF!

The sad fact is, I have tons and tons of stuff that I know folks could really use, but not with the USPS gouging like this... We have really cut-back on E-Bay as well, due to this. I wont play the 'Nationalist/Racist/cant-be-bothered-asshole' and NOT ship to my partners abroad, so I just avoid selling via E-Bay PERIOD. Its really too bad....

I once got a quote for an N64 with games going to Italy....THIS is how I looked/felt when I left the Post Office:
(I had asked the fecker if he was going to personally SWIM it to Italy at that price.....my wife asked me to 'relax, honey'....)
