    And the boiler's fucked and they took our gas fire away.

    Cool, no heating in the middle of winter.

    They're coming back out between now and 9PM tonight to "fix the boiler" if not, it'll be fixed tomorrow.

    I think we're going to need a new combi boiler to be honest.

    We've had it for 7 years, but it's a pretty modern combi boiler...

    sorry to hear that bud. Something similar happened to me: Sold a game to a guy, he waited 4 months before he requested a chargeback, and paypal charged me his item price plus $20 as a "credit card fee" to fight the buyer. Long story short, I'm still waiting to hear back from paypal, but it's looking bleak. I didn't do it though eBay though, so you might have a better outcome than I.
