I've been laughing so hard and often lately that it feels like my head's going to explode, so I'm trying to relax before I have an aneurism. It's not easy being bipolar, at least the mania part is euphoric but it's also overwhelming at times. Especially when you know you're in a manic state and can't control it. Going to get my hair cut (appointment next week), get some new glasses (not NHS ones), and generally start being more positive about life.
