Just checked online and it's backordered already. On the EB Canada website you can get a new copy, but it's full price at $59.99. And I don't think there's a Gamestop anywhere near me... maybe over in Vancouver, but still.
Hopefully this doesn't knock the auction prices down too much if I choose to sell my copy. I wouldn't mind at least making my money back.
