Played Mass Effect 2 all afternoon. Took a break to eat supper.

Ran into the same problem with the fight between Jack and Miranda.

Spoiler warning:

The options were shown where I could break it up without choosing sides...but they were greyed out so I couldn't select them. I lost Jack's loyalty. I figured Miranda would be more important in ME3 anyway.

All I have left is getting the IFF, Legion, and Samara and Legion's loyalty missions.

Then I can go through the Omega 4 relay.

Need more paragon/renegade points.

Sure they matter. Like in the first game; you can do Noveria-Therium-Feros, Feros-Noveria-Therium, Therium-Noveria-Feros, or any permutation therein.
